How do I change my plan?

On the Account > Account Access page, click on the "Actions" button. Select the "Change Service Plan" option from the dropdown menu. Choose the plan you wish to change to from the options available in the pop-up that appears.

Note: Upgrades are effective immediately and downgrades take effect the next billing cycle.
