Some organizations choose to use billing codes to track different project, client, or employee usage internally. If you need to set a billing code for your conference calls, you can choose your own code.
Your billing code can include digits 1-20 and must not start with a 0.
You can review billing code information from within a Call Report once a conference call has ended and also within your Invoice.
To turn this feature on, navigate to the Account > Account Settings page. Click on the "Billing Codes" option and select "Turn On" to activate this service.
