After logging into your account, select "Reports" then either "Calls" or "Meetings" depending on what you're looking to review. Adjust the date range as needed. To review details for a specific call, click on the Call ID link. You will find call duration, headcount, telephone numbers, and participant entry and leave times.
To leave feedback on your call for our support team, click on the talk bubble icon in the Feedback column. Rate the call and leave any comments necessary before clicking on the "Submit Feedback" button.
