If you're attempting to update your credit card and received a failure message, this means:

  • Your credit card company has declined the validation attempt from us. Please contact your credit card company.

  • The billing address doesn't match, if you have a current balance, click on "Make a Payment" on your billing page to update your information.

  • Try another credit card.
