Most email providers have a 20 MB size limit on attachments and while it's rare, occasionally files may be too big to download and send on. There's an easier way. Give access to listeners by sending a direct link to the recording.

Log in to your account and go to "Recordings," select either "Calls" or "Meetings", depending on what you want to share, and click on the Share icon to the right of your recording. Click on the Copy Direct Link option in the drop-down menu that appears. The link will be copied to your clipboard and pasted into an email to send out. A listener can just click the link to access to the recording.
