How to manage conference calls as an Account Admin with no code.
If you’re an Account Admin without an assigned conference code, this guide will walk you through on how to manage conference calls and users under your account.
Once you log in, you are directed to Accounts and presented with your available conference codes and users list..There is an “Actions” button for managing users and conference codes presenting a list of options for you::
Sign In As - will appear if conference code is assigned to a user.
Manage Code - will appear if conference code is unassigned.
When you select an option, you are presented with the profile of this user or conference code.
You can:
Manage the call through the call manager
Review specific recordings and reports
Review & adjust conference-level settings
Upload contacts on behalf of user (if assigned)
Upload an avatar for user (if assigned)
Note: If you happened to be assigned to your own conference code as an Account Admin, don’t worry, you still have this ability to manage other conference codes under your account, all you’ll need to do is click on Account at the top to be brought to your available conference codes page.
