Having trouble hearing or be heard as presenter?

If you’re connecting via computer audio and are having trouble being heard or hearing your meeting, please check the following:

Here are a couple things to check on why you can’t be heard:

  • Your microphone is not plugged in to your computer.

  • The correct microphone device isn’t selected. To review your microphone selection, click on the gear icon within your Vast Conference desktop app to review your Audio Settings. You’ll be able to test your mic for incoming audio.

Here are a few things to check on why you can’t hear:

  • The volume on your speakers are turned down, try adjusting your volume.

  • Your speakers or headset aren’t connected.

  • The correct speaker device isn’t selected. To review your speaker selection, click on the gear icon within your application to review your Audio Settings. You’ll be able to test your speakers for sound.
