To request your callers names prior to joining the conference, you’ll need to enable the Request Names setting. Proceed to your avatar drop down menu > My Conference Settings. Scroll down to Conference Settings to turn ON Request Names on Entry.
You have four options for name notification:
Audio Tone – Audio tone played when new caller joins.
Caller Name (HOST) – Names played to host only.
Caller Name (ALL) – Names played to entire call.
Silence – Attendees are joined silently.
You can review callers’ names during your call through your Call Manager or afterwards from the Call Report by clicking on the play button next to each caller. The names will be played through your computer speakers.
