In order to use video conferencing you must download and install the Vast Conference app. Find more information on installation here: Installation Guide for MAC or Installation Guide for Windows. These simple steps will allow you to video conference:

Once the Vast Conference application is properly installed, open the app from your desktop.

A pop up box will ask if you want to join your meeting by phone or by using your computer's audio and video capabilities. Click the PC Audio/Video option.

A new window called Computer Audio/Video Settings will appear. This is where you choose and test your microphone, speakers and webcam.

To use video, make sure the Use Video in This Meeting option is green. You should be able to see yourself in the preview window next to the camera name.

If you don't see a preview, click the toggle to the right and the preview window will appear.

Your computer will detect available cameras and list them in the dropdown menu. Here is where you can choose which camera you want to use. Click the black arrow next to the camera name to see available camera options.

Take a moment to make sure you are framed in the preview window and that there's enough light so you are clearly visible. This is how others will see you on screen.

Once you are ready to start your meeting, click the Connect button.
