To add the custom greeting option to your account, please head to Account > Custom Greeting. Here you will select 'Purchase' and enter your welcome message script. We'll turn the new recording around for you within 2 business days.
This is a premium option that requires you be an Account Admin to follow these steps and place the order here.
You can have it professionally recorded by our voice-over talent which is consistent with all our service prompts for a one-time fee. Or if you prefer, you can upload your own recording. You'll be presented with both options during this process.
If you prefer to record one yourself, refer to these steps:
Call your conference dial-in number
Enter your Conference Code followed by the Host Code
Press 5* once to record and 5* again to stop
Go to Recordings to download the file
Return to your Custom Greetings section to upload
Once your greeting is done processing, set it as Active
Note: Your greeting will be heard by you and your callers after entering the conference code to join your call.
