Basics of Conference Calling

Setting up a conference call and starting one as the meeting host is simple and easy to do. Here's how you'll host a conference call.

Before your conference call

Since the conference call service is reservation-less, you don’t have to worry about scheduling a date & time with us. You’re able to hold calls anytime.

Just let your callers know:

  1. Date & time (w/ time zone)

  2. Dial in number

  3. Conference Code

If you use Outlook or Google Calendar, install our plugin to generate an invite that will pre populate with your conference call information. Visit our Outlook & Google Calendar Integrations page to learn more.

Start your conference call

Follow these 3 easy steps to get your call started:

  1. Dial in to your dial in number

  2. Enter your Conference Code

  3. Enter your Host Code

Manage your calls online

You can view and control conference calls from the web-browser and control each participant and feature, including Question and Answer mode.

  1. Log in to access your customer portal.

  2. Once logged in, you’ll find a “Manage” button underneath your Host Code.

  • The Manage button will activate when your call is active.

From the Call Manager you can:

  • View who’s on your call

  • Record

  • Manage Q&A
