Your Conference Code and Host Code will remain the same for you to use each time you need to host a conference call. If you'd like to add additional conferencing lines to your account, you can do so at anytime via the Account > Account Access page.

However, to replace the host or guest speaker code you've been assigned, please go to My Conference Settings within your avatar selection list at the top right corner and click on 'Change' to the corresponding codes you would like to change.

To replace or customize your conference code, the account admin of the account will need to submit a request to our support center.
